You will not like the room if you want a bright space

The dolls are cute and decoration of the is good. Toys in the house are interesting.

It has some distance from the city center. The staffs are a little cool. It's dark in the rooms that some lamps did not work. I stayed two nights. When I checked in, I told the host half of the lamps in the room were burned but there was no follow up action.

My first impression abt this place is their building is so...

My first impression abt this place is their building is so big but full of warmth and happiness. A lot of teddy bears and nice decoration in every detail inside the house. Big room,big bed and provide full amenities needed. Hosts just can speak English a little bit but they are so helpful, smiley and try their best to make us feel like home even ask their friend to translate to us in English. Healthy breakfast and free tea, water and canned bottles in room. Free transportation to Hualien train station (inform them before you go). Love this place so much <3

They should have room tag in room's door. I almost jumped into another room because of my mistake cannot remember which side is my room.

The cute deco of the house, friendly and helpful host, especially when we told them we were leaving early the next day and no need for breakie, they went out and bought nice bread for us to have the next morning.

The room and decorations are lovely.

The room and decorations are lovely. The owners have really made this place nice. They packed us breakfast and delivered it to our room in the morning as we had an early train. We were there New Year's Eve and had fireworks right out our window! There is a temple just around the block where they celebrated, I guess. This is a really nice place ... can't say it too much!

I didn't dislike anything but some people may not like the 4th floor walkup room we got if you're carrying heavy suitcases. The hosts carried them up for us. Reading Chinese or using gps might be needed; sign is not in English.

This is a bed and breakfast which is managed in the most professional way by a family who have a strong sense of cute decoration - I loved both the place and my very big room. Breakfast was served at the door of my room in a basket every morning at eight - it was good and delicate, just like the place

The family members don't speak any English with the exception of a clever school girl.

Good location, not far from railway station.

Good location, not far from railway station. Great staff, my train arrived in midnight, they pick me up from station. Clean and cozy. Super fancy room, bed are comfortable for a good rest and sweet dream. Cute with bear dolls everywhere. Also have private balcony! Breakfast are delivered to the room. Also various of free drinks and food, fruits provided.

I only planned to stay one night, would love to stay in such place even for 1 week!

The decorations, the furniture, the linen, the big teddy bears in the room....It gave you an impression that you are in a fairy tale.

The WiFi was not good, sometimes non-existing.

Owner was very nice.

Owner was very nice. Although we could not speak Chinese, his neighbor came by a number of times to assist. They were very accommodating with issues: water dispenser did not have the cold/hot water; light bulb was out in one of overhead hanging light fixture, bicycle headlight were out due to batteries which was immediately replaced, and breakfast was delivered outside our room. Also with an early check out time, they allowed us to leave our bags in their living quarters.

We recognized it was a high rise building, but with heavy luggage, the male owner carried up some of our bags to the second floor...but it would have been a challenge if the owner was not available. (i.e. we carried our luggage down the stairs upon our departure since their helpers, family members, were young women and a grandmother).

The owner of the B&B speaks fluently english and...

The owner of the B&B speaks fluently english and recommend us different locations at Hualien. We could ask any questions and always received a perfect answer. The room was clean and big enough. There was also a small balcony connected to the room. I have absolutely nothing to complain about and could recommend this place to anybody traveling to Hualien.
